With much imagination, he enriches the menus with ancient Slovenian dishes and takes care to blend them into a harmonious whole, bearing modern culinary trends in mind. The file rouge of the selected menus, whose ingredients he carefully chooses at the market or from nearby farmers, is always the seasons.
Igor Jagodic is a member of the Slovenian National Culinary Team and the winner of some of the most prestigious awards at Slovenian and international cooking competitions:
- Gold medal, Intergastra, Stuttgart, 2006;
- Bronze medal, Expogast Culinary World Cup, Luxembourg, 2006;
- Silver medal, Intergastra, Stuttgart, 2008;
- Two silver medals at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, 2008.
