Bled is in north-western Slovenia and is easily accessible from the A2 motorway which connects the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana with Austrian Carinthia. It is merely 55km or a good half hour’s drive from Ljubljana, 35km from Ljubljana Airport and 53km from Villach in Austria.

If you are coming to the Vila Bled by car, leave the motorway at the Lesce exit and follow the signs for Bled. Once in the centre of Bled, continue along the main road. You will find the Vila Bled on a gentle slope directly on the lake shore.
